The hotel is opposite the station at one end of Andermatt's main street, which has a handful of bakeries, restaurants and handcraft shops in place of glitz and glam. It is 15 minutes on foot from the golf course and two from the Nätschen gondola connecting the Andermatt and Sedrun ski areas. The Gemsstock gondola is four minutes away by chauffeured ski bus.
